RAR and Zip are 2 distinct formats, so in order to "Convert" one to the other, you need to extract the rar archive, and then simply zip the extracted files. So, no matter what archive format it is, as long as the anti virus software can read files in the archive, it will keep showing that message. That message came from your anti virus software because it detected that, at least one of the file in the archive may make changes to the device/system.
